Refund Policy

Plans change — especially with kids. Here's exactly what happens if you need to cancel or reschedule, so there are no surprises.

If you need to cancel

  • 7+ days before

    Cancel for any reason and we refund you in full, free of charge.

    Full refund

  • 7 days to 48 hours before

    Your entertainer has started holding the date, so we refund half of your booking.

    50% refund

  • Within 48 hours

    The time is fully reserved for you and can't be rebooked, so the booking is final.

    Non-refundable

Rescheduling & weather

You can also reschedule or move your party indoors free of charge up to 48 hours before the start time — handy if the weather turns or plans shift.

How refunds are paid
